Kristen O’Brien began her holistic health and wellness career in 2003 at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where she studied therapeutic massage and bodywork, as well as holistic health and Traditional Chinese medicine. She has had the honor and pleasure of supporting her clients’ wellness, relaxation and athletic endeavors with her intuitive and therapeutic massage ever since!
Kristen uses the perfect massage techniques, pressure and pace to relieve discomfort and tension while creating deep stillness, relaxation and restoration in every session. Her bodywork often ranges from intense and restructuring to gentle and restorative based on the individual’s desires and goals for their session.
She is a versatile massage therapist with extensive experience with the unique needs of athletes as well as an experienced pre and postnatal massage therapist with two separate prenatal trainings and 20 years of massaging new parents!
Clients love her deeply relaxing sessions, her consistent results, her nurturing touch and her ability to intuitively adjust and customize each session to their ever-changing needs.
As a mother of three, (Kristen’s most cherished role and favorite job title) she is passionate about creating a sacred and special time to reset, unwind and receive for ALL of her clients, from infants to elderly and everyBODY in between!
